Y'all. I needed help with this one. I could find lots of retellings of non-western mythology... but not with love stories and a happily ever after. 😢 I asked Bookstagram for recs. Here’s what I got back from friends!

From emmalily5: The Stardust Thief is an Arabian Nights centered story! I got an ARC of it and it’s very good! It’s by Chelsea Abdullah. Also the Daughter of the Moon Goddess duology is Chinese Mythology and it’s really romantic! The author is Sue Lynn Tan.
