Meet us in LA
Meet indie authors Des Devivo, Rena Sapon-White, and me in West Hills this weekend!
Des DeVivo, author of An Appreciation Of Cats, is a queer writer of queer stories that transmute pain into beauty. Born and raised in small-town Ohio, they now reside in Los Angeles with their husband and three cats.
Rena Sapon-White is a Los Angeles-based author and filmmaker. Her debut novel, The Christmas Pic, combines her story-crafting expertise with her passion for exploring queer themes and complex characters. When she's not behind the camera or keyboard, Rena can be found exploring California’s wild landscapes with her dog or jumping into the ocean to encounter its myriad sea creatures.
Jennifer J. Coldwater (that’s me!) is a queer and spiritual indie author writing contemporary romance novels featuring queer characters navigating love and life with authenticity and heart. On Sunday, I’ll be signing Holland, My Heart and When Ivy Met Adam and the reading journals. Based in Los Angeles, I am also an invisible disability advocate, a voracious reader, and a lover of all things sci-fi. When I’m not writing, I’m mentoring the next generation of journalists through my work in media education.
If you’re in Los Angeles, please stop by to see us. Admission is free and we may even do some readings.
